Her life may seem perfect on the reality show The Real Housewives of Miami, but Joanna Krupa’s past is not all the glitz and glamour you see on television. The model has revealed to Star Magazine that she suffered from addiction in her early modeling years. Joanna says that in addition to starving herself and bingeing she was also taking laxatives! But fortunately the blonde beauty got the help she needed. She tells the mag, “I tried to wean myself off of them, but I finally had to seek medical help. I did acupuncture with a Chinese nutritionist and met a guy who was into fitness who taught me that, as I get older, I needed to be healthy and work out.” Today Joanna is living a much healthier and happier lifestyle!
