Eat healthy, work out, and you’ll lose weight, right? Think again. The amount of alcohol that you consume could be hindering the weight loss you want. Why? Science and of course your metabolism. Your body makes alcohol metabolization its priority because your body can’t store it. As a result your body’s metabolism slows and all of the nutrient rich foods that you’ve eaten can’t be metabolized. Meaning, no weight loss.
