www.fitasylum.com. Well, it’s finally here. These are my final thoughts on Ultimate Reset, the 21 day cleanse program. First off, I lost 13 LBS and 2.5 inches on my waist!! Totally unexpected, I talk more about my results in the vid. Week 1 is healthy eating, Week 2 and 3 are completely Vegan. No caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar, and very limited gluten throughout, definitely no white breads, pastas, or rice. Lot’s of great recipes! I talk about my struggles, what I learned, and what I recommend to others who want to do it.
