Most people think of the National Aquarium as a place to look at marine life, or learn about the ocean, but there’s a part of the aquarium many don’t know about. For 25 years, they’ve been rescuing animals, nursing them back to health and releasing them into their natural habitat. Right now, they’re helping care for a harbor seal named Phil.
