Brooke Mueller, mother of two of Charlie Sheen’s children is back in rehab. Mueller has battled addiction for years and was recently sentenced to probation for drug violations. As a result of the recent partying Mueller could loose all rights to her two children leaving them in the sole custody of Sheen.
