This Video is packed with really informative content that I believe can help all of you a lot. I first go over the pros of alcohol because it’s really not COMPLETELY bad and if used in moderation it can have some positive effects. I then go into detail about the negative aspects of consuming alcohol and explain a few effects of alcohol that can be extremely detrimental to your health. I also discuss why your liver is most likely the reason why you can not lose fat from those TOUGH areas like the midsection. The liver is a key player in becoming healthy and I’m certain we all have damaged livers either from alcohol abuse or just eating wrong all of our lives. I then go on to explain how you can become more healthy by repairing your liver through a detox system I found. This video was made to increase awareness about the effects of alcohol. I only touched on a few key parts of the effects of alcohol but if you’re interested I encourage you to read more about the effects of alcohol and more importantly how it is hindering your good health and weight loss. Alcohol should never be abused and if you have a problem or notice that you currently feel some of the side effects I talk about I encourage you to get help.
