The sources go as far as saying Brooke actually went to rehab twice while she was pregnant with twins Bob and Max for addiction to crystal meth. Insiders say it’s amazing Brooke has been able to hold onto custody of her kids for this long. For now Charlie’s other ex, Denise Richards has been given custody of the boys.
