British authorities have reopened the probe after a coroner scandal. Last year Assistant Deputy Suzanne Greenaway ruled the Rehab singer died from alcohol poisoning, but she has now resigned as she was given the job by her husband in 2009 and never completed the required 5 year experience training with the London Law Society. Her husband has also resigned. A new coroner inquest into her death will begin on January 8th.
