Second Chance Homes in Billings, Montana provides a safe, sober and supervised environment for mothers struggling with addiction who have temporarily lost custody of their children. Data gathered by the Yellowstone County Family Drug Court found that parents and children have much better long-term outcomes when the children are allowed to remain in the mother’s care during her recovery process.
