Never thought Charlie Sheen would be the one doling out rehabilitation advice, but he did, and it worked. Brooke Mueller has once again checked herself into rehab for substance abuse. Sources tell TMZ that Brooke actually entered the undisclosed in patient treatment facility a few weeks ago, after a strange visit from her ex Charlie. Apparently, Brooke recently went to his LA home and seemed out of it, so Charlie felt she needed to be checked out by an addiction specialist.
