Alright, so today I wanted to talk to you about detoxing or cleansing. We’re at the beginning of the year meaning we’d just have all of those holiday parties, with all those goodies and treats and junks and preservatives and alcohol. And we might not be feelin’ so hot, right? And where is our mind usually automatically go to lose an extra holiday weight? Let’s do a detox. Let’s do a cleanse. Well that is a set up for a complete failure because if you’re main attention is do a cleanse, a detox is merely lose weight? It’s going to be horrible. You’re not gonna last the whole time. You’re gonna feel restricted. You’re going to create resentments and it’s just going to suck. Don’t get me wrong. Cleansing and detoxing is great. I do it on a regular basis but not to lose weight. So, this is what I want you to do instead. I want you to give yourself a “Reboot Day”. Schedule this onto your planner, it’s gonna be on weekends most likely. And this is how it’s gonna look. You’re going to sleeping. You’re gonna be right on your journal when you wake up. You have your lemon water. You’re gonna get a little bit of exercise and movement in.
