This is a feature story about the Montgomery County Circuit Court Adult Drug Court which is a comprehensive treatment program for adult offenders who have serious drug/alcohol-dependency problems. The goal of the program is to assist program participants to address the root cause of the problem — drug/alcohol addiction — and to end the cycle of addiction that leads to crime.
