This technique can be done using uv gel polish as a base and top coat or even a regular nail polish as a base and top coat . Take care when using your uv top coat .so you do not over stroke and make the design smear . \r

I recommend using Seche Vite as a top coat for the regular polish one . ( two coats of it ) The regular polish design will have a sort of more blended ( smeared ) look because of the Seche Vite , than the one with the gel top coat . I think that is because of the Seche Vite and just being regular top coat ..a reion to the alcohol ink . Definitely still very pretty .
