You should get a colonic first, they say. I do not concur with this idea. So the idea of doing this diet daunted me not only because of the long list of no’s but also because it looked like a lot of work. It was. So was filming the whole thing. See what I do for yoU?!?? Also everyone in Whole Foods was really helpful in showing me where to buy Garam Masala and telling me that coriander is a spice not a vegetable and telling me that scallions are basically green onions … But then why are they labeled differently in the store? They look the same. I wonder which one is the alpha.
