Is this the new Ke$ha??! If the pop warrior’s Twitter is any indication, we’re going to be seeing some MAJOR changes after her 30-day rehab stint for an eating disorder. The Tik Tok songstress has dropped the dollar sign from her Twitter name and is now calling herself Kesha Rose. Whether the dollar sign is gone for good remains to be seen, but more importantly, she has unfollowed producer Dr. Luke — the man her mom has blamed for her eating disorder!
