It looks like treatment is going well for Ke$ha, as she thanks fans and promises to come back bigger and better than ever after completing rehab for eating disorders. Even tough she isn’t allowed a phone or internet she still managed to keep fans updated, Kesha’s pal tweeted the messages on her behalf.
