Lindsay Lohan has completed her 90-day court-mandated stay in rehab and was photographed smiling while wearing a blue mini-dress, black knee-socks with suede booties, and carrying a large bag while leaving. Lindsay has several post-rehab gigs lined up, including a sitdown with Oprah Winfrey, a short reality series for OWN, and a guest-hosting stint on E!’s “Chelsea Lately”
