Lindsay Lohan is due to check into court-ordered rehab by Thursday (May 02), and the actress reportedly has changed her mind about entering into a New York facility and may now be at a center in Newport Beach, California – south of Los Angeles. Online tabloid TMZ has reported that cigarettes were the deciding factor – noting that the New York facility does not allow smoking. Lohan must spend a mandatory 90 days in rehabilitation.
