DR. LOWMAN WILL GET THE RESULTS YOU DESIRE..!! Before going to Lowman Spine and Rehab Center, I had so much neck and back pain. I could not sit back without feeling pain but Dr. Lowman along with Scott(the massage therapist)have truly been a big help to me. The staff are warm and friendly as well.
