A sea turtle rehab center can be found at a Four Seasons hotel in the Maldives islands. The Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru’s Marine Discovery Centre has helped over 170 turtles. According to CNN, the Centre was founded in partnership local conservation group ‘Reefscrapers’. The Marine Discovery Centre also works on a variety of environmental projects such as coral reef restoration. In addition to turtles, it also focuses on shark and manta ray rescue and protection.
