The head of International Forces in Afghanistan, General Stanely Mcchrystal, has banned alcohol at the Isaf Headquarters after troops were found to be too drunk or hungover to respond quickly to news of a deadly air strike. Mcchrystal said that part of the decision was made out of respect to the Muslim religion, but also reprimanded his staff for for not having their heads in the right place. But are Americans and other NATO troops on the ground really going to abide by these new rules? RT’s Dina Gusovsky talks to Washington Times Columnist Tony Blankley.
