Study Shows No Link Between Moderate Alcohol Consumption And Weight-Gain

A recent article in Men’s Health took a closer look at the link between drinking and weight gain, and found some surprising results. New York Times reporter, Jane Brody, looked at two decades of conflicting alcohol and weight-loss related research and found that in most cases, alcohol actually wasn’t associated with weight at all in men and that in women, drinkers had lower body weights than teetotalers.
