What is a Juvenile Dependency Case Plan? California …

California juvenile law attorney Michael McGlinn defines a juvenile dependency plan and the consequences that can happen if not followed correctly.
The court will put together an outline of a plan of the things you must accomplish to see your child again; this is called a juvenile dependency plan. Social services will explain things that you need to do and finish completing your plan. Make sure you understand what the services are and what is needed to be done. If you fail to complete the plan, it is possible for the courts to terminate you and your child reuniting. As an example, one of our past clients came to see us because social services were setting their children up for adoption because they had not completed their plan within 11 months. This is a serious situation and you need immediate help from an experienced attorney who understands juvenile issues. Watch the video now to learn more.
